This cover was designed to reflect the tension between joy and instability in a quirky, eye-catching way. The client wanted something playful and unconventional, so I incorporated diagonal text and flipped the subtitle, “in an unsustainable world” upside down in muted grey to create visual irony.
A dandelion blowing in the wind adds a sense of fragility and motion, while the bold cyan and yellow palette keeps the overall design vibrant and hopeful. The final result is both striking and thought-provoking, a bold visual take on finding happiness in uncertain times.
